Who writes it?

My name is Jen Zamzow, and I’m a healthcare ethicist, freelance writer, and mom to two energetic boys and an equally energetic golden retriever. I earned my PhD in philosophy with a minor in cognitive science from the University of Arizona, completed a post-doctoral fellowship in the Center for Ethics and Policy at Carnegie Mellon University, and am currently an adjunct professor of healthcare ethics at Concordia University Irvine.

I write about mental health, wellbeing, purpose, and parenting for publications such as The Washington Post, CNBC, Insider, Fortune, Success, Good Housekeeping, and Psychology Today and collect them here on my Substack.
